Staff always do their best to help even when it is super busy - they have a really tough job with the volume of parcels and both post office and shop customers, but always manage to find your item or get your things posted successfully. Thank you all!

Local post office and small “bits and bobs” shop. The two younger staff members are great—always friendly, helpful, and welcoming. Even when it’s busy and the queue is long, they stay calm, work quickly, and are kind to everyone. They’ve also brought in Evri services, which is a nice touch.
Unfortunately, my experience with another staff member (an older man with glasses) has been quite different. He can come across as rude and not very approachable. He often suggests the more expensive postal options, even when there are cheaper ones that work just as well. This can be confusing, especially for older customers.
I’ve stepped in a few times to point out other options, which hasn’t been taken well. Everyone can have a bad day, but this seems to happen most of the time.
Overall, some staff make this place nice to visit, but others take away from the experience.
